Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Midway Pharmacy will dispatch most orders within 1 business day Monday to Friday. Delivery times are reliant upon normal Fastway delivery times and vary depending on where you live. Please allow between 1-2 working days from the date of the order being shipped.

  • For metro areas our delivery time frame is 1-2 business days.

  • For regional areas our delivery time frame is 4-6 business days.

  • For remote locations our delivery time frame is 5-12 business days.

  • For interstate destinations our delivery time frame is 3-7 business days


How do you deliver my online purchases?

We deliver your order via Fastway Couriers or Courier please for Express and Interstate shipping. We use Pin Point Couriers for same day delivery in Ryde Area 


How can I track my online order?

A tracking number will be provided once the order has been completed and the item has been sent off with the courier

What are the conditions for change of mind returns?

We regret that “Change of mind” refunds and exchanges will not be available so please choose carefully. For more information please read of Return Policy


How do I return a product that I purchased online?

You will need to fill in an online return form and then email the completed form to [email protected].a. Once the return has been confirmed we will contact you with the Shipping label for the parcel to be returned

What happens if I am not at home when my order is delivered?

Once you receive the tracking number, there will be a request you can put through with the courier to give them authority to leave good without signature. If this hasn't been requested before the driver arrives then you will receive a 'missed delivery' card whereby you will be allowed one re-delivery at no cost
